10 days does not include Saturday and Sunday, Christmas, ThanksGiving, and New years day. Offer only valid for web sites using our templates from the design gallery. Offer excludes all database and e-commerce sites. Any change requests submitted during the 10 day design period will restart the 5 day period from the time of our acknowledgement of the changes. Buyer agrees to host the site with E-TexWeb.com. All payments will be made by credit card. Buyer agrees to maintain hosting/maintenance account with E-TexWeb.com for a period of no less than six months upon completion of web site design.
Buyer must purchase domain name from E-TexWeb.com and is solely responsible for maintaining the validity of the domain name (Don't let it expire) during the period of time that the web site is hosted by E-TexWeb.com.
Any charge backs on credit card charges will result in the loss of your web site as it will be deleted from our server permanently.
